Irs Path Act 2025. Path funding will be done in two batches, on february 19 and february 20, 2025. The path act 2025 refund dates protects the irs from delivering any benefit before february 15 if you file an eitc and ctc tax credit from the department.

For 2025, we expect that the earliest path act tax refunds will arrive around february 17 (february 15 falls on a weekend), but the bulk of earlier filers will see their refund the week of february 21 through march 3. One key provision requires the irs to delay.
